Hoist V6 Personal Pulley Gym

Posted in Exercise Equipment Advice on September 9th, 2009 by Healthstyles Exercise Equipment

The Hoist V6 Functional Trainer differs from a traditional home gym in that the pressing exercise follows a user-defined path, instead of a guided path, of motion. This allows for 3-dimensional training rather than a single plane of movement during presses. This type of "functional" training engages more muscle groups simultaneously than traditional home gyms. Golfers, tennis players, boxers, or anyone who want to improve their body appearance and muscle tone through smooth, rhythmic movements will benefit from the use of a functional trainer such as the Hoist V6.

The workmanship and quality components of the V6 and all Hoist Gyms are first rate and come with long-term warranties. The pulleys are extremely smooth and the long bar attaches to both towers allowing for squats, ab crunches, chest presses, and more.
