Aspen, CO [1/09/09] — HealthStyles Exercise Equipment’s Commercial Product Division has added another exclusive facility, The Residences at The Little Nell, to their line-up of state of the art Colorado fitness facilities.  The Residences at The Little Nell are a limited collection of 26 magnificent, ski-in/ski-out residences nestled on the edge of Aspen Mountain. The Residences are exclusively managed and operated by the highly recognized and acclaimed Little Nell, Aspen’s only Mobil Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond recognized hotel and proud member of Relais & Chateau.

This 2500 sq. ft. workout facility includes a 900 sq. ft. group fitness studio. Exercise equipment selections were designed to meet the needs and wishes of the clientele, with the state of the art cardiovascular and strength equipment that offers core training and function.

The cardio equipment featuring Nautilus treadmills and ellipticals and Expresso Fitness recumbent exercise bikes, gives each user their own personal entertainment.  Expresso recumbent exercise bikes incorporate a virtual environment into workouts with realistic rides and gaming fun.

FreeMotion selectorized workout stations replicate strength training to everyday living.  FreeMotion takes core and mulit-motion strength training to a new level, by training the body from the inside out.   

The group fitness studio features Schwinn indoor cycles, yoga, and various aerobic classes.
