Shipping, Returns, and Customer Service

All online orders will be verified by a HealthStyles Exercise Equipment sales representative. We are committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction. Important order confirmation messages will be sent via email. If you have a spam filter on your email account, please make sure that is added to your safe list.

Shipping Options

Orders Outside of the Continental US will require a custom shipping quote. Products shipped out of the country are non-returnable and may not be eligible for warranty coverage.

Economy Shipping is available for most items. Economy Shipping service will be the most economical ship method via USPS, UPS, or standard curbside freight. If you would like to choose a specific shipping service or expedited shipping, please contact your HealthStyles sales representative for a custom quote.

FREE Economy Shipping service is available for all orders within the Continental US over $50 excluding floor models, demos, and used equipment, Waterrowers, Plyo Boxes, Humane gym flooring, and weight products from the following categories: Body Bars, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Medicine & Weighted Balls, and Weight Plates. Economy Shipping does not include inside delivery or assembly service.

Standard Freight Shipping Service for items over 150lbs does not include assistance unloading the product from the freight truck or moving the equipment indoors. Additional freight service fees for lift gate delivery, two man deliveries, and/or inside delivery drop off will apply to freight shipments if the customer is unable to make arrangements for their own delivery help. If a freight shipment is refused without an approved return authorization, the customer will be responsible for paying full freight shipment and return charges plus a restocking fee. Please contact your HealthStyles sales representative with any questions about freight delivery service or for a quote on additional delivery services.

FREE Local Pickup is available for customers within the HealthStyles Colorado retail store territory. All items may not be available at all stores. If you place an order online for local pickup, a HealthStyles representative will contact you to confirm when your items are available and will offer alternate delivery options for items that are not available for store pick up.

Red Carpet Delivery and Installation: This type of service means that either the local HealthStyles delivery team, or the freight company who delivers the item to your home, will also assemble the item at the same time in the room of your choice and remove all cardboard and packing material. If you purchase multiple items to be delivered, installed and assembled in one location, discounts may apply. Please contact us at 800-829-9705 for pricing and availability.

HealthStyles Exercise Equipment may not be able to provide all products featured online to all areas. Some items may have dealer territory restrictions, warranty service requirements for installation and set up, or may be too large or complicated to ship. We will advise you of any concerns prior to completing your transaction.

Return Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact your original sales representative or local store manager to make arrangements for your return. To qualify for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition and packaging including all manuals, warranty cards, and accessories. Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for return shipping or delivery pickup charges. If the item to be returned was purchased with free shipping, HealthStyles reserves the right in certain situations to recoup the original shipping charge incurred by HealthStyles. The item must be received no later than 2 weeks after the return authorization is given. Items not returned in their original condition or packaging may require a restocking fee of 10-15% or may be returned for a trade-in credit at the discretion of Healthstyles Exercise Equipment management. A 10-15% restocking fee will apply to returns for all commercial exercise equipment, home gyms, functional trainers, and leg presses. Our 30 day money back guarantee will not apply to special order items that Healthstyles does not regularly stock.

Product warranty coverage and returns policy is valid within the United States only. Products shipped out of the country are non-returnable and may not be eligible for warranty coverage.
