Customer Service, Shipping, and Returns Policies
All online orders will be verified by a Healthstyles Exercise Equipment sales representative. We are committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction. Important order confirmation messages will be sent via email. If you have a spam filter on your email account, please make sure that websales@healthstylesexercise.com is added to your safe list.
Shipping rates published online are based on our local delivery fees within a 25 mile radius of one of our 11 Colorado retail store locations. Additional charges may apply for in home assembly and deliveries further than 25 miles.
For orders outside of our local store territories, most items may be shipped via UPS Ground or by Common Carrier Freight based on our delivery rates published. Out-of-state delivery does not include in home delivery or set up. Standard freight delivery may not be available in all areas and additional lift gate service or inside delivery charges may apply to some orders. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will require a custom shipping quote. A Healthstyles representative will advise you of any logistical shipping concerns prior to completing your transaction.
Free Shipping promotions offered online are valid only within the 48 continental US states. Free shipping and/or delivery within Healthstyles Colorado retail territory does not include in home assembly. Free shipping outside of Healthstyles Colorado retail territory will be sent by the most economical ground shipping method. Customers are responsible for receiving and unloading free ground freight shipments. Additional charges will apply to lift gate or in home delivery services.
Healthstyles Exercise Equipment may not be able to provide all products featured online to all areas. Some items may have dealer territory restrictions, warranty service requirements for installation and set up, or may be too large or complicated to ship. Life Fitness and Parabody products are available only from Healthstyles retail stores in Western and Northern Colorado. We will advise you of any concerns prior to completing your transaction.
Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact your original sales representative or local store manager to make arrangements for your return. To qualify for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition and packaging including all manuals, warranty cards, and accessories. Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for return shipping or delivery pickup charges. The item must be received no later than 2 weeks after the return authorization is given. Items not returned in their original condition that do not qualify for a full refund may require a restocking fee of 10-15% or may be returned for a trade-in credit at the discretion of Healthstyles Exercise Equipment management. A 10-15% restocking fee will apply to returns for all commercial exercise equipment, home gyms, functional trainers, leg presses, and Nautilus Pro EV716 and EV718 ellipticals. Our 30 day money back guarantee will not apply to special order items that Healthstyles does not regularly stock.
