The 0.5 to 10 mph speed range, with 0.1 mph increments, and 0 to 10% incline range, with 0.5% increments, give you room to grow an exercise program.

DUAL HYDRAULIC LIFT ASSIST
The 1.0 AT treadmill features dual hydraulic shocks to help you raise and lower the deck, so using and storing the treadmill is safe and easy.
