The Acu Hoop is the fun and challenging way to target your core muscle groups. Similar in principal to the well known Hula Hoop, the Acu Hoop is larger and weighted. The size and weight make it easier for adults to use, but also provide a targeted workout to the hips, abs, and upper thighs.

The Acu hoop is padded and the interior surface of the hoop is sculpted in a wave like form for easier spinning. Most adults can master the spinning motion within a few minutes of play.

The Acu Hoop is available in three different weights.

Users that weigh between 100 and 160 pounds should use the three pound model. (Model #798)
Users that weight between 100 and 200 pounds should use the four pound model. (Model#799)
Users that weigh between 120 and 300 pounds should use the five pound model. (Model#800)

Pregnant women and people with spinal injuries should consult their Doctor before using the Acu Hoop.
